Over time, I’ve collected a few prompts that consistently help me think clearly, work more calmly, and live lighter.
I use these three almost every week.
1. “Reflect on my day like a friend who truly listens.”
When I first ran this prompt, I didn’t expect much. I simply typed:
Give me reflection on my day like a friend who truly listens me. What do you notice about how I handled things??
ChatGPT first asks questions and then reflects its emotions in response to this prompt. It showed how often I used words like “should” and “need to” and how rarely I used “want to”.
