Chest discomfort: When excess plaque forms in arteries, LDL levels increase it may cause angina or chest pain.
Constant fatigue: This is first warning sign of health issue. Even after 7-8 hours of sleep if you feel exhausted, time to get it checked.
High BP: High LDL build plaque that require more heart pressure to pump blood and oxygen. This may cause hypertension.
Swelling: Plaque formation disrupts healthy blood flow that may lead to swelling.
Pale skin: Increased cholesterol may build up yellowish patch, bumps on skin. It can show up on skin, eye, knees etc.
Shortness of breath: If you have troubling breathing even after small physical activity, it could be due bad cholesterol.
Numbness: Peripheral artery disease is linked to high cholesterol and may trigger numbness in limbs.
