Where is the item located?
We have factories and warehouses in China, your package will be shipped from the Chinese warehouse to the destination.
How long does it take to process an order?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days after payment (Monday to Sunday).
How do we deliver your package
Normally, we use standard shipping for your package, and it takes 20 to 32 working days (Monday to Sunday) for shipping. We also provide expedited shipping services. If you need faster delivery services, please contact our customer service team in advance.
Standard Shipping
We provide free standard delivery service for all orders, with no minimum order amount limit, and the order will be delivered by sea + local UPS. Orders using standard delivery will usually receive the goods within 25-42 days (the specific time depends on your region). If the goods are not delivered on time, you can contact us.

Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it;
- The item must be unused and unworn;
- The item must have its original tags and packaging;
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
