By skyforbes My boyfriend and I got served with court papers form the state because my daughter and I are on Medicaid. The bf and I don’t live together but he’s either at my place or we’re at his places as we both help out our parents and we’re waiting for marriage and to buy a house as this economy is crazy. However he works 16 hour days 6 days a week and I’m the sole care taker of the child. He doesn’t give me money but he has bought food for us and lets me use his truck when in need. Yes we’ve gotten into may fights that he has turned nasty on lately ever since we got the court paperwork. My friend who filed for child support over a year ago still doesn’t have a court date but I get mine within weeks. Has anyone had this done? Idk what to expect. What to do or who to call with it being in a few weeks. Pa sad is self employed but doesn’t have health insurance either and I got on Medicaid in my 2nd trimester.
