Please Review Your Stripe Account

“Complete your Partner Program payout settings in order to be eligible to receive payouts from Medium.”

For over a week now, the above message has appeared at the top of my statistics page. When I select payout settings, I am presented with the following:

As suggested, I went to my Stripe Account and checked the dashboard for messages or notifications … nothing. I checked my status and got this:

Verified
Your account is verified. No further actions are necessary.

Being unable to find anything that Stripe required, I contacted Medium and received the following email:

Thanks for writing in.
Our records show that your Stripe account (acct_1Fp4mTDsbXxsJKV9) is restricted.
Stripe handles all payouts from your Stripe account to your bank. As such, their verification processes are based on the information you provide when creating your Stripe account.
Their assessment is not based on your account’s affiliation with Medium. For security and privacy reasons, we have no insight into their process.
