I have a few questions. I am familiar with Medicaid since I've had it for a while but the BBB is making things even more confusing.
BBB added work requirements. What does that mean if your hours get randomly dropped by your employer (not your fault) below the requirement? What happens if your work is seasonal in nature and there's no work for 1-3 months of the year? For example agriculture or other outdoors type jobs.
Did the BBB change the MAWD system?
Did the BBB change the income limits at all?
Did BBB change the ACA Health Marketplace? I know the Enhanced Premium Tax Credits are ending so plans will go up in price. I'm in PA so it would be Pennie Marketplace. Specifically do the 80hr/month work requirements apply to the ACA Marketplace now as well?
What do the restrictions on "gender affirming care" mean for someone who is adult male and needs "hormone replacement therapy" due to low levels of various hormones due to injury/congenital conditions? Meaning just routine HRT not for "gender transitioning".
