By skyforbes So I had Medi Cal for my son when he was born and a little while after. He no longer qualifies because of our income. I called and it was s big thing for them to figure out. Over a course of 2 days of calling back and forth many lines the simple issue is his insurance is active in the state and not the county.
Apparently…they submitted a request for it to be removed. However every time I call everyone sounds clueless and I truly feel like they say whatever to get me off the phone and move on so they don't have to think at their job.
They have referred me to all types of places that CANNOT help with this at all.
I am so lost can anyone help me figure out how I can get this resolved. Open enrollment is coming and I don't know if my son can get on my insurance with this active. I am basically calling these people everyday and its active.
They won't let me speak to a suspervisor. Is there anyone in the state I can speak to? Anyone I can complain to?
