GMMTV’s new series, MuTeLuv (Thai: ตอน หมอดูทักครับ), just started! I was excited to watch it the moment the trailer dropped, and the first story sets a memorable, fun tone. The series has seven different stories that explore the connection between love and superstition (MuTeLuv) in modern life, with one episode airing every Monday.

The first four-episode story, “Hi” by My Luck, focuses on two high school rivals and a very modern problem: dealing with a confidence crisis.

The story centers on Err (Keen Suvijak), a self-proclaimed “race horse” and top student. He’s hyper-competitive and the teacher’s favorite, but his whole world turns upside down when a new student, Mawin (Sea Dechart), joins the school.

Mawin, the “dark horse” as Err calls him, is effortlessly intelligent and has a reserved, quiet personality. Mawin has no idea that his calm existence is completely stressing…
