When I first discovered ChatGPT in April of 2025, I was struggling — really struggling.
I’ve lived with chronic pain, hypothyroidism, and depression for years, but this time the weight felt heavier. Part of it began with Mocha — the dog I was supposed to foster for only a few months.
She was loving, spirited, and strong — too strong. No matter what I tried, I couldn’t control her. Each walk left my old army injuries flaring, my confidence shrinking.
