This month, I’m all in on TikTok and 99-cent books
I’ve set a personal goal for July:
Earn $100 from Amazon book sales.
Right now, I have two books out in my cozy paranormal romance series and one in my sweet small-town romance series. All three are priced at just 99 cents to encourage new readers to give my stories a try.
I also have two books on preorder, one coming out this month, and one next month if all goes well.
Where I’m Starting
Over the past few months, my royalties have averaged around $12–$15. Not bad for just getting started, but I’m ready to push myself and see if I can grow this into a $100-per-month income stream.
To do that, I’m committing to something new:
Posting on TikTok every single day in July.
My TikTok Strategy
I keep my videos simple, just slide shows set to music, with a line or two of emotionally charged text on each slide. Each one highlights a powerful scene from one of my books.
