With its ill-chosen protagonist, Willy’s Wonderland leaves itself with too little material to fill up ninety minutes, except to focus on Nicolas Cage drinking a LOT of soda, rather than putting its gaze onto the FAR more interesting character played by Dominican-born Emily Tosta.
