I Decided To Live As Me is a Korean social psychology and sociology based book which was first translated to English in 2020. The version in the photo above was published in 2024.

This book is an encouragement to stop comparing and devaluing self and choose to love yourself. Loving yourself and your life is based in self-awareness and self-respect. Choosing to live life on your terms without being selfish or causing harm.

This self-help book is filled with nuggets of encouragement to live as the best you. This checklist is introspective with essays to accompany each item on the list. Some of the list include:
