Microsoft Backdoors
- Users reported that Microsoft was forcing them to replace Windows 7 and 8 with all-spying Windows 10.
- Microsoft was attacking computers that run Windows 7 and 8, switching on a flag that said whether to “upgrade” to Windows 10 when users had turned it off.
- Later on, Microsoft published instructions on how to permanently reject the downgrade to Windows 10.
- This seems to involve the use of a backdoor in Windows 7 and 8.
Microsoft Sabotage
- Microsoft has dropped support for Windows 7 and 8 on recent processors in a big hurry.
- Microsoft has made Windows 7, and 8 cease to function on specific new computers, effectively forcing their owners to switch to Windows 10.
- Once Microsoft has tricked a user into accepting installation of Windows 10, they find that they are denied the option to cancel or even postpone the imposed date of installation.
- Microsoft has desupported all future Intel CPUs for Windows 7 and 8. Those machines will be stuck with the nastier Windows 10. AMD and Qualcomm CPUs, too.
- Microsoft is forcibly pushing Windows update to its version 10, ignoring the flag on Windows 7 or 8 that you could set not to upgrade. This reaffirms the presence of a universal backdoor in Windows 7 and 8.
- Microsoft is repeatedly nagging many users to install Windows 10.
- Microsoft was for months tricking users into “upgrading” to Windows 10 if they failed to notice and say no.
Microsoft Interference
- To increase Windows 10’s install base, Microsoft blatantly disregards user choice and privacy.
- Microsoft has started nagging users obnoxiously and repeatedly to install Windows 10.
- Microsoft is tricking users into replacing Windows 7 with Windows 10.
- Microsoft has made companies’ Windows machines managed by the company’s sysadmins harangue users to complain to the sysadmins about not “upgrading” to Windows 10.
My Thoughts
I’ve tried using Windows 10 on different devices and cannot adapt to it, and the paranoia of their backdoors, insecurities, sabotages, interferences, surveillance, and other malware, prevented me from upgrading to Windows 10 from Windows 8.
I also couldn’t adapt to their new interface. I’m using old fashioned XP-styled on Windows 8 with the same old Start menu and labeled task tray. Windows 10 is not for me.
Once, I upgraded to 8.1 due to their nagging, and I just disliked it enough to downgrade back to 8. Since then, I wasn’t bothered or nagged.
But the thing is, that, more and more programs support Windows 10 with a check and refuse to run their applications if you do not run Windows 10, like Adobe XD, Adobe Lightroom CC or Polarr. Without the Windows 10 check, I could use a compatibility mode and run Windows 10 “only” programs on my old Windows 8 operating system.
I’m also concerned about the future because eventually Windows 8 will be an ancient and outdated operating system and we’ll face few to none options that aren’t a malware-ridden operating system besides GNU/Linux, which is currently not a very efficient operating system for work and gaming.
It saddens me how Microsoft is heading into this path of the evil of malware.
