Do you thrive in environments where sophistication, scale, and creativity intersect?We are seeking an exceptional Senior Interior Designer to join our high-end residential design studio. This is a rare opportunity to take the creative lead on extraordinary projects—ranging from 10,000 to 20,000+ sq. ft.—for discerning clientele across the country. You’ll work alongside a celebrated Principal Designer to execute interiors from concept through completion, while also shaping and refining the systems and processes that elevate the studio’s creative output.About the Role As the Senior Interior Designer, you will not only lead large-scale residential projects but also help develop and implement the internal design standards that guide the studio. This position blends creative direction with operational excellence—perfect for a designer who enjoys both artistry and strategy.
You will:

• Spearhead the design development process for signature residential estates
• Establish and implement standardized procedures and organizational tools for the design team
• Work with the Principal Designer to shape project scopes, timelines, and creative concepts
• Collaborate with Lead Designers and manage junior staff to ensure smooth project execution
• Direct sourcing and specification for FF&E, finishes, custom furniture, and decorative elements
• Partner with architects, builders, and vendors to bring each vision to life, down to the finest detail
• Attend site visits, client meetings, and construction walkthroughs to guide installation and styling
• Help maintain project budgets, schedules, and ensure high-margin deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a high-end residential design firm
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Studio Designer preferred
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills
• A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful, elevated design for large-scale homes
