Created my own reflective personal development journal

I recently experienced a very toxic text exchange and asked GPT for sentiment analysis and a therapists reflections. Since I’ve engaged in a ton of therapy I knew, I’d know if it was off.

The reflections and analysis were spot on. It got to my root behaviors immediately. It also identified possible root causes for those behaviors, which I can confirm were correct. I pushed back and said, give it to me straight are you blowing smoke up my butt? It came back with a no-sugarcoating that was even more direct and honest.

In the end, we co-created a reflective 14 Day journal for me to address my own unproductive behaviors for personal growth and development. Inclusive of a fillable PDF with daily mantras in my favorite color.

Taking it further, it set up a daily automation to bring up my journal as a part of my morning routine and to notify me of the journal prompts.

Considering I’ve spent thousands of dollars on therapy. This felt groundbreaking.
