Not letting me access branched chats

I wanted to branch a chat, so I did, then in that new chat, I typed a response and I was on a perm. loading screen. I reloaded, and it said "unable to load chat" so I did this 3 more times with the same damn result. All branches unable to be opened, deleted, or archived. Wtf do I do? I've already tried logging out and logging back in. The branches also changed back to their OG names after I tried to delete it.
