If this actually happens, it could be a game-changer especially for students, creators, and developers who can’t afford the Plus plan right now.

But it also makes me wonder:

Will it come with limitations (like fewer messages or slower speed)?
Could this move be OpenAI’s way of expanding user base in India before launching something bigger?
Or is it just temporary to test adoption and engagement?
