I originally wrote it to deal with red moderation ("Your request was flagged as potentially violating our usage policy. Please try again with a different prompt.") that removes messages (it comes up a lot when people talk about trauma with ChatGPT), but I noticed that "Help is available" is done in a similar manner, so I expanded the functionality a bit.
App users don't have a solution, but keep in mind the script does work on mobile browsers too. Installation instructions included; enjoy being treated a little more like an adult 😉
