Recently, I found myself at the Holiday Inn’s Afternoon Mini High Tea Buffet, a surprisingly balanced experience of flavours, atmosphere, and heartfelt service.

While the word buffet often evokes images of excess, this one felt more curated — a rotating spread that keeps you guessing. My experience across a few visits left me both pleasantly surprised and occasionally puzzled, but always satisfied enough to come back.
