Do violation warnings expire or no?

So I was asking ChatGPT last night why my simple prompts I were using for Sora 2 were being blocked and were facing different types of violations.

I thought it was going well since it did answer my questions, reviewed the prompts I put, and gave me revisions on how to make the prompts sound better, but I guess this was not a good thing to do in the first place, because today I got this email.

Do warnings expire after a certain period of time or does it just stay on your account? I am thinking in terms of how YouTube works or something. I'm kind of scared that I might make a slip and have it deactivate my account. If it doesn't expire, then……welp.
