How do i make chatgpt stop writing sentences like this?

Does anyone know how to make ChatGPT stop writing those “rule of three” style sentences? You know the ones, like “by culture, emotion, and context” or “fast, flexible, and efficient.”

I keep telling it not to do that, and it still ends up writing the same pattern again. I’ve tried rephrasing my prompts, adding “don’t use a rule of three,” or saying “avoid that stylistic pattern,” but it just sneaks back in.

Is there any reliable way to stop it from doing that? Maybe a prompt structure or setting that works better? It’s driving me nuts because it makes everything sound overly polished or robotic.

Any advice or tricks that actually worked for you guys?
