USPh also manages physical therapy facilities for third parties, including physician groups and hospitals.Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Workday Financial Applications Administrator to join our Finance & Accounting team and serve as the subject matter expert for all Workday Financial modules. We are currently in the process of implementing Workday ERP and the Anaplan FP&A systems of which you’ll be on the ground floor of helping the company take it to the next level! As part of this, you’ll not only be involved in the implementation process but oversee the day-to-day configuration, reporting, and user support for the Finance team and our Partners. This role will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT department heads to ensure data integrity, implement process improvements, and deliver exceptional employee experience.Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Financial modules. Administer and support Workday Financial modules including Financial Accounting, Supplier Accounts, Customer Accounts, Expenses and Procurement.
  • Maintain and configure business processes, validations, and security roles as needed.
  • Manage system updates, testing, and troubleshooting for Workday releases, new and ongoing functionality.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and custom reports for Finance stakeholders.
  • Partner with Finance, HR and IT to implement enhancements and resolve production issues.
  • Support data uploads, reporting and analytics to provide actionable financial insights.
  • Support quarterly Workday releases and test new features/functionality.
  • Provide ongoing end-user support, training and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information System or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Workday Financials.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Workday tenant with specific experience utilizing prism and accounting center.
  • Experience implementing Workday applications.
  • Understanding of HCM, Payroll and Financial processes such as GL, AP, AR and Fixed Assets.
  • Analytical and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing Workday reports.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Workday certification in Financials is a plus.
