Like many, I too tried signing up for the Go tier since it was free. Here's what I've experienced so far –
- The first couple of times I tried, the UPI mandate was accepted. But it never brought me back to the landing page of the new tier. On my UPI app and my text message, it was confirmed that the mandate was cleared.
- Since then, whenever I've tried to go back to subscribe again hoping that the issue is fixed, I was surprised to see that the UPI option was removed and the only option visible now, is subscribing with a card (not sure if only credit or both debit and credit).
Overall. It's a shitshow. Surprising that a trillion dollar predicted product has such base level issues. Will add updates in comments in a few hours.
