Responsibilities – Finance Manager:
- Present financing options clearly and compliantly to every customer
- Maintain strong lender relationships and submit deals efficiently
- Drive F&I product penetration to meet and exceed goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transaction flow
- Keep deals funded quickly and contracts error-free
- Maximize every opportunity while maintaining CSI excellence
Requirements – Finance Manager:
- Previous AUTOMOTIVE Finance Manager experience required
- Professional appearance and strong communication and computer skills
- Must excel at time-management
- Experience in state law requirements including registrations, tag, tax, and title paperwork
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
