The ideal candidate will work in a cleanroom environment, operating and maintaining fabrication equipment, handling wafers and chemicals, and ensuring process integrity across key production steps. This role is critical to supporting high-yield, high-reliability semiconductor production and works closely with engineering and quality teams.Job Responsibilities· Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to conduct manufacturing activities of compound semiconductor wafers in cleanroom conditions.· Perform manufacturing tasks on high-tech and delicate equipment for semiconductor manufacturing, e.g., track coater, PECVD, grinder, AFM, SEM, WI, confocal microscope, robot, etc.· Work on wet benches or automatic wet tanks. Handle chemicals or chemical solutions for manufacturing purposes and dispose the wastes, e.g., acids (BOE, H2SO4), base, solvents, photoresists, etc.· Support equipment maintenance by performing routine PM (e.g., chamber clean) and equipment checks.· Identify deviations and discrepancies during process, document and report, and assist with investigation.· Fulfill urgent customer demand. Support new product introduction and continuous improvement activities.· quality requirements related to hazardous materials and cleanroom operations.Qualifications· Associate degree/technical diploma or above in a science or engineering-related field is preferred.· 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing industries, especially semiconductor industry, is preferred.· Basic computer and Office skills.· Steady hand. Strong attention to details.· Follow supervision and instructions. Good communication and teamwork. Good time management, multi-tasking, and organized.· Required to wear cleanroom suit during work in cleanroom.
