By skyforbes Yesterday was the first time this happened to me, my chats aren't even that long and yet sometimes it freezes while generating an answer, the whole browser gets unresponsive and whatnot.
I had insanely long chats in the past, especially with 4o and this was never the case. My computer is also pretty good – 24 RAM, i5-14th gen, RTX 4060, so I doubt I'm lacking the hardware. Did they f something up? Even a new chat, sometimes gets unresponsive when waiting to generate an answer.
