Job description: Senior Backend Developer (Golang REST API AWS TIBCO)
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang • Build, optimize, and manage RESTful web services to support business applications • Design and implement cloud-native architectures and microservices on AWS • Work with TIBCO middleware (e.g., BusinessWorks, EMS, ActiveMatrix) for enterprise system integrations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end API and data integration solutions • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and alerting for backend systems • Ensure high availability, security, and performance optimization of backend services • Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to system reliability improvements • Write unit and integration tests; participate in peer code reviews • 6-8 years of experience in backend development • Strong hands-on experience with Golang for server-side development • Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs • Solid experience with AWS services: Lambda, ECS, EC2, S3, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch • Experience designing and deploying microservices-based architectures • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes, Git, and Docker • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB • Exposure to TIBCO tools for integration use cases • Strong debugging and performance tuning skills • Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities • Experience with gRPC, GraphQL, or event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS, SNS) • Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform or CloudFormation) • Exposure to Kubernetes and container orchestration • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
