I need help canceling my subscription, the programmers have intentionally turned the cancellation into a nightmare, making it almost impossible for the user to cancel it.
All the app tells me is to find the mail which I received after the payment and use the link attached to it, but the link only sends me to a dodgy broken website where you’re supposed provide your name and leave a message, which obviously doesn’t work, an error will pop up telling you there’s a connection issue, so I can’t even contact them.
Is there another way to do so?
