Why is my Chat asking for details and confirmations non stop when I ask anything?

I ask a strategy content and it makes 30 confirmation questions before start, like "you would like an a)executive tone or b)more direct? Just write a or b"
And then keeps asking things like this and never deliver.
What the hell, i feel like talking to an incopetent chatbot from 2015
