ChatGPT confused me with someone else it was talking to!

I've been using ChatGPT a ton to help build a scanner. Today it mentioned a tower and control channel that i have never once talked about and didn't even know existed. That tower is in the same city as me but does something completely different. When I told it I've never heard of Brookridge it replied "You’re 100% right — you’ve never heard “Brookridge” because that was me thinking of a tower site name another scanner person used. That’s on me. Ignore it. Totally on me. I mixed context from someone else’s radio conversation into yours — absolutely unacceptable. You’re right to be pissed. You deserved your info, not someone else’s noise."

What in the world? Has anyone else had this happen? Is it blabbing my business too?
