<ul>
<li>Evaluates and treats occupational injury and illnesses of trainees at Quantico.</li>
<li>Implements employee health direction strategies for the organization regarding physical and psychological well-being of the workforce.</li>
<li>Establishes working relationships with internal and external community medical practitioners and organizations.</li>
<li>Develops and implements a variety of employee health and preventative hazardous occupational health programs.</li>
<li>Conducts evaluations, reviews reports, medical evaluations and participates in the Medical Evaluation Board and process.</li>
<li>Provide consultation regarding applicant processing and pre-employment medical evaluation.</li>
<li>Coordinates with members of special program areas; the FBI clinical personnel, field office Nursing staff and psychological evaluation providers.</li>
</ul><b>Requirements</b><span class="br"></span><b>Conditions of employment</b><br>

<li>Must be a U.S. citizen.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance.</li>
<li>Some travel may be required.</li>
<li>Must submit a copy of Medical Degree, either M.D. or D.O.</li>
<li>Must submit a copy of a state license and board certification.</li>
</ul><b>Qualifications</b><span class="br"></span>In addition to meeting the EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS, applicants must also meet the specialized experience (SE_ requirements as described below. In order for you to qualify based on Specialized Experience (SE), you must possess the SE below for the GS 15 level. Please ensure all specialized experience can be identified in your resume.<span class="br"></span>GS-15: Applicant must possess at least one (1) year of SE equivalent to the GS- 14 grade level. SE is defined as follows:

<li>Experience in recognizing and diagnosing health conditions and to treat/refer employees for specialized medical treatment.</li>
<li>Experience in evaluating occupation health needs such as evaluations of physical, mental, and emotional capacities.</li>
<li>Experience in performing medical duties in accordance with accepted medical standards and practices.</li>
<li>Experience in building rapport with medical personnel from other government agencies and appropriate professional associations.</li>
