By skyforbes Sometimes when I’m working with ChatGPT on coding projects, I run into an issue where it gives me different responses for similar requests. For example, I asked in one conversation how difficult it would be to extract Google reviews for an application and analyze them. In that chat it helped without a problem. Later I asked something similar in a new chat and it refused because of policy.
I find this confusing and frustrating because the ideas I want to explore are harmless and I often get inspired by one conversation only to have the next one shut down the same topic.
What causes these inconsistent responses and how can I avoid triggering them?
