Is it worth using Pro tier for generating video ads?

I won't mind dropping 200 buckaroos in chatgpt pro tier, I just want to make sure it can make good ads since it has the best ai video generator, I did hear it was strict but as long as it can create ads for me then it is worth it in my opinion.
