This is a two fold question.
In Florida . We have 3 children under 14 with another due in December. We were told to reapply for Medicaid in September , received it And we were just told we have to reapply again.
It seems weird that we have to reapply again when we literally just did this. Why would we have to do this?

Secondly we are always confused with how to report income because my weekly paycheck isnt the same every week, plus I'm paid commission once per month and it's always different.

Should I just average my annual spend and make it a weekly average and the same with my commission?

Im given a phone stipend and a vehicle stipend monthly which makes one of my week's income higher than the other weeks.

My commission is based on how much sales I did he month before. Could be $1000 could be $200.

I'm taking in around $65,000 annually.
