By skyforbes I've been using GPT5 for a bit to make some software projects and since I don't really know how to code indepthly I'll often ask it to generate features I want to implement. Recently I've been running into this issue that I'll prompt to generate some code and it'll keep responding saying it needs confirmation to do so or re ask me for lines of code I already provided earlier. Even if I entertain it and post the lines again anyway it'll keep asking for confirmations for things I already confirmed earlier were fine. Sometimes I have to restart prompts entirely in order for it to start generating code again. It quite a nusance.
