Gemini 3.0 repeating itself within responses and formatting errors.

I was using 3.0 to code a react app with node.js. It would repeat (reprint) sections of the response repeatedly within the same response window. Additionally, it would throw in footnote markers (1) randomly into words or sentences in the responses.
It acknowledged an error, but would not/could not resolve them.
