Need help with communicating. I cannot ever get legitimate responses.

My recent example I said:

I am playing Age of Empires 4 as Mali. What are the four recently released civilizations?

It gives answer.

I ask some questions about Ottoman Military School.

It gives some explanations.

I ask what to do in feudal age if I see it.

It starts saying armored units. Which Mali doesn't have in feudal age. Then starts saying Men-at-arms and Knights. Which Mali doesn't have at all.

And it says if you're playing a civilization that has X. When I told it from the start what civilization I am playing and what I have.

Then after frustrating back and forth, it asks me what civilization I have. Even though it should know since I said it in my first message.

So I have to tell it no. And to explain to me what civilization I clearly said I am playing.

Then it finally says what I said from the start. Which is Mali. And says it had previously ignored it.

So it's clear there's no way to communicate normally. This is extremely frustrating. And it's like this in every conversation. I just need help on finding out how I am supposed to communicate. It always has some form of glitch that screws up the whole conversation.
