I watch atleast one movie every day (yup it's a challenge) for this whole 2025, but I still don't understand how do people learn from movies?
Like for example I watched both parts of kill Bill, amazing movies amazing storytelling (still don't get it how she got a hanzo sword next to her on a fucking plane but not the point rn) but I didn't learned any "life lessons" from that movie…
It's not like I don't appreciate the movie or art or i don't understand it
I once asked chatgpt that I'm weak in conversations so I wanna watch some movies that teach me the art of talking, it suggested me "my dinner with andre" and "breakfast club" I watched both of them (don't know why but my dinner with andre didn't bored me for even a sec unlike reviews said) but yet i wasn't able to "learn" how to start a convo, still blank when I see a person unless they say hi first
Can you guys please explain is this learning stuff even real?
