By skyforbes I hope this is the correct sub for my question, but I’d love to know from locals….if someone who had never been to NY before had one day and one night in NY, what are your best recommendations for places to go and things to see? This person is an AVID music lover (of ALL genres, all decades), appreciates history & all things historical (particularly music history), lover of art (including graffiti) & architecture, and an adventure seeker. I’ve been trying to research for a buddy and found a few old jazz clubs to hit, but most everything on the internet is very touristy and that’s not quite his jam. Any suggestions appreciated!
