By skyforbes I am going to move in with my girlfriend in a couple of months and we really want to have a monthly tabletop gaming style date night.
Thing is I am a true and true gamer and she is the "likes mario kart" type of gamer, that is to say not really a gamer.
And neither of us know the first thing about tabletop games. Last one I played was Monopoly a decade ago.
I know the tabletop game scene is really active with amazing games coming out constantly but I have no idea what could be a good one to play as a couple.
I am into Warhammer lore and will eventually get into the tabletop side of it but not now and I dont think it would be a good first gamw anyways.
Really open to any suggestions and any genres and if this is not the place to ask, please let me know a sub better suited for this.
