How can I generate images about cartoon characters even if they’re copyright?

I once asked ChatGPT to create an image about Buzz Lightyear joining the US Army, but it told me that the request violate its content policy, because he's a copyright character, and Disney is very protective with its creations. However I went to my library and I came across with the image that it requested. So can anybody tell me how to trick ChatGPT to generate similiar images?
