By skyforbes What i did was to take whatever gpt gives me and ask Gemini to confirm the validity of the output and then so the same with gpt and so on. Gpt would almost always have to correct Gemini (3). When I then give it back to Gemini and tell him that another AI corrected him and showed him the output he would agree that he was wrong.
Another example is that GPT (thinking) gave me a quote to a different law which was very crucial. I checked if it’s true and it is true. I thought it was amazing that he was able to find that connection. I was shocked. When I showed the output to Gemini he told me that whatever AI gave me that, must have been hallucinating. He told it’s really dangerous and that I could damage my reputation if I use that. WTH Gemini? I then gave him the link and he was like oh I was wrong bla bla.
I don’t doubt that Gemini is at least as smart as gpt thinking but the internet search is just shit. Could the reason be that Gemini does it too fast? Gpt searches and thinks for minutes sometimes 5-8 minutes and comes back with very accurate information. Gemini doesn’t do that even a minute. Anyway geminis internet capabilities are very bad and that makes Gemini very unattractive to me. Gpt finds patterns and connections that Gemini just doesn’t. It might be smarter in theory but in reality I must say, that GPT is better.
