🧠 Where the experience comes from

Before doing this job online, I coached players in person in real life:

• On court
• Running drills
• Coaching high school and competitive juniors
• Sitting courtside during matches
• Working with parents and other coaches

That’s where the practical, real-world junior development experience comes from.

So when I talk about:

• How coaches react,
• How top players train during HS season,
• What happens when a 7 UTR practices with 4–5 UTR players every day,
• How juniors actually improve…

That’s from real coaching experience — not just talking to players online.
