movie recs to help my 12 yo cousin develop healthier attitudes toward women and queer people

hi i have a 12 yo cousin who, like most kids his age, spends a lot of time online. lately me and his sister have noticed he’s picking up some "edgy humor" and making offensive jokes about queer people and women. he doesn’t seem malicious, but we’re worried because this kind of joking is exactly how a lot of boys his age start drifting toward alt-right style mindsets.

we’re mostly just trying to show him healthier perspectives without making it feel like some big lesson. for example, we watched nimona with him and he actually really liked it even though it has a female main character and a gay couple, he didn’t care at all, he just enjoyed the movie.

so i’m looking for movies that are fun and age-appropriate but also have good representation or messages about empathy and not being a jerk to people who are different. nothing preachy, just stuff that can open his mind a little while still being something a 12 yo would actually enjoy.
