Question for you PS Portal players

I have a few main questions:

1) 🕜 Is the latency issue real? I would only play in "optimal conditions" , I've seen it can go as low as 20 ms which seems fine?
Also I would play a lot of games like persona reload, metaphor, dragon quest, octopath traveler…

2) ⚔️ Do single player adventure games run well? Compared to the slower paced games I mentioned earlier, how would games like spiderman, god of war, single player shooters work?

3) 📺 How is image quality? I am probably a minority here as image quality and high fps are important ( 30 fps or less and frequent stutter give me motion sickness 🤢) but I am interested compared to how 3rd party games run compared to switch 2. ( I was hoping to get many 3rd party games there but 90% of them haven't gotten updates, still run at 480p 30fps + most games are already "free" included in my PS subscription anyway)
