Your role is central to making that happen.What You Get To DoYou are the link between our warehouse, office, and every project in motion.You will:Receive shipments, verify deliveries, and move materials where they need to go on timeTrack inventory in our systems and keep tools and materials stockedBuild and stage project kits so jobs start with everything readyKeep the warehouse clean, labeled, and efficientSupport fleet readiness by checking tools and equipment in and outCoordinate basic office facilities needs with service partnersHandle daily cleaning and upkeep duties such as trash, restocking, and maintaining shared areasWork closely with Operations, Project Managers, and Field Technicians so projects run smoothlyLook for ways to improve organization, efficiency, and safetyYour work keeps everyone moving forward.What You Have Already DoneYou bring:Experience organizing physical materials, shipping and receiving, or warehouse coordinationComfort using Microsoft Office and basic inventory or ERP softwareStrong attention to detail and pride in keeping things clean and organizedThe ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacksClear communication skills and a collaborative mindsetReliability and ownership of your work from start to finishNice to have:Experience coordinating cleaning or working with building or maintenance vendorsHow Success Is MeasuredShipments and inventory are recorded accuratelyProject kits are delivered on time and completeWarehouse, fleet, and office areas are organized and cleanYou communicate clearly and respond quicklyYou follow safety practices and support continuous improvementWhy You Would Do ItYou like being the person others rely on.
