By skyforbes So, I'm just about to finish Hollow Knight Silksong, and my brain can't help but think about what the next thing I'll play is. I was thinking something a little bit slower paced, and I love Hollow Knight (did a Steel Soul playthrough in the first one) but I've just about had my fill of "bang my head against the wall for hours to overcome this challenge" for right now (I'll come back to it for another playthrough eventually, of course).
So I decided that both the new Pokémon game and the new Digimon game piqued my interest.
I've played through all of the Pokémon series with the exception of Scarlet/Violet because I was quite disappointed with Sword/Shield overall. I played the first Pokémon Legends, and got bored of it when I couldn't help but notice the sparse landscapes and very dead feeling world.
Digimon, on the other hand, I haven't touched a single entry in the series since *Digimon World 1, 2, and 3 (which were all fire af, btw). However, I heard good things about the new game and would be willing to give it a shot.
