By skyforbes I’m currently on the 2TB annual plan with about six months remaining. I want to switch to the 2TB AI Pro plan. The monthly plan is now half-price for one year. When I try to upgrade, it shows a date exactly one year from today as the point when the normal price will apply, and it shows £9.49 starting today.
If I try to switch to the annual plan instead, it doesn’t show any dates, but it asks me to pay the full annual amount of £189 today.
I don’t understand what happens to the remaining six months of my current plan.
