We’re seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong C# and front-end web development experience to design, build, and support enterprise web applications. This role involves hands-on coding, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and document business processes to inform technical solutions and application design.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.Develop and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established best practices and change management processes.Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards.Design and manage SQL databases, including schema creation, query optimization, and data integrity management.Support operational activities such as job scheduling, troubleshooting, and maintenance of applications.Coordinate with vendors or external service providers as needed.Provide off-hours support for critical application issues when necessary.Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of collaboration and quality.Required Skills & Experience:Proficiency in C# or another object-oriented programming language.Strong experience in front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Hands-on experience with SQL database design and queries (Microsoft SQL Server preferred).Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.Ability to analyze complex systems and quickly adapt to new technologies.Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours when needed for production support or deployments.
