5.1 repeating itself in the last week.

I've noticed this behavior and I have a tough time describing it. It is acting as though I am sending previous prompts in with a current one. Example:

Me: "What color is grass?"
C: "Grass is green!"
Me: "What color is a rose?"
C: "Grass is typically green and roses are typically red"

The issue gets worse with bigger prompts. Especially if ChatGPT ends their message with a question and I respond with a simple answer (like a Yes or No or if it gives me multiple options and I just say "the first one"). It's like it loses track of the conversation and starts going in circles.

This seems to have started within the last week and it affects short conversations as well as long ones. Switching it to the thinking mode seems to help a little but I can tell it doesn't know what's happening. Thinking mode just makes it more aware about some things making me upset and it will think "Well, the user gets mad at me if I answer the correct way so let me carefully try to answer it another way to appease them".

Has anyone else noticed this? I feel like I can't be the only one
